The 2012 Per Capita apportionment is $23.85 per active member. Since 1755, Presbyterians have pooled their resources through a “per capita apportionment” to provide ministries at the national and local level. Please write “per capita” on the memo line of your checks.

This Sunday 12/18 is Christmas Box Sunday. We are on track to provide food and gifts for 50 families.

• Saturday – Come on Saturday to help pack sort food and shop. Bring food by Saturday – see list below for critical items. Lunch will be provided. We have lots of wrapping to do. We will shop after lunch.
• Sunday – Come at 9:00 a.m. to help pack boxes. Boxes will be delivered after church. Check with Kelley if you can help deliver.
• Thanks to all who participated in the ham dance. That was a wonderful buy on hams and each of you made it possible to take advantage of the sale.
• Presents – Please remember to get gift receipts. We have lots of wrapping to do on Saturday.
• Food – Items needed (45 families, but numbers are adjusted because of family size). Every can helps to reduce the total amount we need to purchase – bring in 1 or 2 cans. It all adds up.

• Items donated or completed – peanut butter, tuna and tuna helper, oranges, cheese, yams, jello, marshmallows, spaghetti sauce, cereal, bread and rolls, Bob’s Red Mill soup and Dave’s Killer bread.
