Milwaukie Presbyterian Church is an open and inclusive congregation guided by faith in Christ.
Music is a vital part of our creative and vibrant worship. Our congregation includes people of diverse experiences and tastes. We seek a musician who has demonstrated experience accompanying choirs and congregations on piano and organ.
Our music department features:
- Choir
- Grand piano
- Pipe organ
- Hand bell set
Additional skills include:
- Facility on the organ and piano, experience accompanying soloist, choirs, and congregations.
- Knowledge of various music styles in worship
- An ability to relate well to all ages.
- Availability to work at one Sunday morning service and Wednesday choir rehearsals.
- Flexibility to work Christmas Eve, Holy Week, Easter, and special events.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
The salary for this position is approximately $827
