The 2012 Per Capita apportionment is $23.85 per active member. Since 1755, Presbyterians have pooled their resources through a “per capita apportionment” to provide ministries at the national and local level. Please write “per capita” on the memo line of your checks.

All contributions for 2011 tax year must be in the church office by 2 p.m. Dec. 30, or mailed in a letter postmarked Dec. 31. Giving statements will be available for pickup in the Narthex before Jan. 31. Don’t file your taxes until you have your giving statement or the IRS (should you get audited) might disallow your contributions

Congratulations to Aaron Winegar, winner of our king size quilt raffle. And thanks to all of you who participated. Together, we raised nearly $850 for the church!

MPC is raffling a king size quilt designed in beautiful fall colors. Only $5.00 a ticket puts you in the drawing on November 20th.  Just in time for Thanksgiving.
